Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of StoryFactory, operated by Romans Ozernojs, through https://storyfactoryvideo.win. By using StoryFactory, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

StoryFactory is a creator productivity service for preparing, reviewing, and transferring short-form video drafts. Certain features use third-party services, including TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms and satisfy the age and account requirements of TikTok and any other connected platform. You are responsible for your connected accounts and for maintaining the security of your devices and credentials.

3. User authorization

StoryFactory performs TikTok actions only within permissions you approve. You may revoke authorization through TikTok or request deletion of stored authorization data. You are responsible for confirming that the correct TikTok account is connected before initiating a transfer.

4. Your content

You retain your rights in content you submit or process. You grant StoryFactory a limited permission to process that content only as needed to provide the requested service. You represent that you own the content or have all permissions required to use, reproduce, modify, transfer, and publish it.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use StoryFactory to:

• violate law, platform rules, or another person's rights;
• upload infringing, deceptive, abusive, hateful, or unlawful content;
• impersonate others or misrepresent authorization;
• send spam or manipulate engagement;
• attempt to bypass platform limits, security, or review mechanisms;
• access another person's account or data without permission;
• interfere with or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it.

6. Third-party platforms

TikTok and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. StoryFactory is not owned, endorsed, or operated by TikTok. Availability of integrations may change when a third-party platform changes its APIs, rules, or approval status.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with platform requirements, or improve the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoryFactory is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that content will be accepted, published, recommended, monetized, or viewed on TikTok or any other platform.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StoryFactory and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of content, account restrictions, lost revenue, or third-party platform decisions arising from use of the service.

10. Indemnity

Where permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims and costs resulting from your content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

11. Termination

You may stop using StoryFactory at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, platform compliance, or serious violations of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, subject to mandatory consumer protections and conflict-of-law rules that may apply in your country.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date identifies the latest published version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
