Use the self-service action below to remove the TikTok authorization record associated with this browser session.
Self-service deletion
This removes the access token, refresh token, account identifier, approved scopes, and related token metadata stored for this StoryFactory browser session.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the original browser session, email support@storyfactoryvideo.win with the subject “Data deletion request”. We may request limited information needed to locate and verify the relevant record.
Revoke TikTok authorization
You may separately revoke StoryFactory's authorization from your TikTok account settings. Revoking authorization and deleting StoryFactory's stored record are separate actions.
Retention
Active authorization data is removed after a valid deletion action. Infrastructure security or diagnostic logs may remain for a limited period according to the service provider's retention policies.
